      <title>The sidewalk</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;From my apartment and to the Sam&amp;#8217;s Club entrance off Great Hills Trail, the sidewalk is split into concrete sections.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;These sections are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 strides long.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t know what that translates to in terms of meters or feet - but it works well enough for me.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I prefer the even-stride ones, because I can start each new section with the same foot. This brings order to the chaos of the universe, somehow.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And that is good.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
