Destination: <a href="http://www.louiemuellerbarbeque.com/">Louie Miller BBQ</a> in beautiful downtown <a href="http://lnk.nu/maps.google.com/g5o">Taylor, TX</a>.</p> <p>I had a side of potato salad, quarter pound of brisket, one link of jalapeno sausage, and one link of chipotle sausage.</p> <p>The brisket was moist and by itself good - when you added the sauce, it became a slice of heaven.</p> <p>The potato salad was divine - just enough mustard, perfectly-boiled potatoes and all the right spices.</p> <p>The pièce de résistance must be the sausage, though. The jalapeno was just the right amount of spice, and the chipotle&#8230; oh my - there are no words to describe it.
