This ought to be interesting for all you photographers out there.

Scott Kelby asked Attorney Ed Greenberg (who has over 30 years of experience on the topic) about copyright, model releases and shooting in public.

The result is two 10-minute video clips that you can watch here.

I highly recommend taking a look - there’s some really good information in there.
